Visit Florence, Pisa, and the Leaning Tower on this day trip from Rome via high-speed train! Explore the cradle of the Renaissance during your visit to Italy.
Would you like to travel to two of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany? You're in the perfect place! At the indicated time, be ready at Rome Termini Station, from where the high-speed train will take you to Florence in just 90 minutes.
Upon arrival in Florence, we'll meet you and travel by minibus to Pisa, the birthplace of Galileo Galilei and home of the iconic Leaning Tower. Once there, we'll take a guided tour of its main attractions and learn about its fascinating history.
Afterward, you'll have free time to stroll around the Piazza dei Miracoli, declared a World Heritage Site. Here, you'll find the Cathedral, the Baptistery of St. John and the Monumental Cemetery. What's more, you'll have skip-the-line access to the Leaning Tower so you can experience incredible views while visiting an incredible landmark!
Once the tour of Pisa is over, we'll return to Florence, where you'll have another 2 to 3 hours of free time to explore the capital of Tuscany. To ensure you don't miss a single detail of the cradle of the Renaissance, you'll have an audio guide revealing the city's best-kept secrets. Stroll across the iconic Ponte Vecchio, admire the grandeur of Palazzo Vecchio, soak in the atmosphere of Piazza della Repubblica, and marvel at the elegance of Palazzo Strozzi. Don't miss the breathtaking Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and its majestic dome—an absolute must-see!
Finally, you'll have to make your own way to the train station in Florence to take the high-speed train back to Rome. See you next time!
Please note that you'll go on the train rides by yourself, without a tour assistant or guide. This includes the route from Rome to Florence and the way back.
