La actividad en si fue bien, pero el acompañamiento por parte del guia súper puntual, nos llevó desde el punto de encuentro a la entrada de la torre, habló 2 minutos y ya está. Luego no sabíamos como ir hacia el paseo en barco ...lo encontramos por nuestra cuenta...echamos a faltar mas información

The activity itself was good, but the guide's service was incredibly punctual. He took us from the meeting point to the tower entrance, spoke for two minutes, and that was it. Afterward, we didn't know how to get to the boat tour... we found it on our own... we felt we needed more information.

Cuando llegamos el chico no estaba, tuvimos que esperar. Luego nos acompañó hasta la torre, nos entregó entradas a la torre y barco, nos explicó mínimamente, nos acompañó hasta la segunda planta, nos dijo donde coger el barco y fin de los servicios.

Elegimos está opción para asegurarnos la subida a la Torre Eiffel en ascensor y tener algo más de información durante la visita gracias a la audioguía en español y el acompañamiento inicial. La calidad de la locución de la audioguia y el contenido de la misma me pareció mejorable, ya que es uno de los valores añadidos de la actividad.

We chose this option to guarantee ourselves a ride up the Eiffel Tower by elevator and to have more information during the visit thanks to the audio guide in Spanish and the initial accompaniment. La visita a la Torre Eiffel bien pero para poder acceder al paseo por el Sena tuve que estar averiguando cómo conseguir los tickets para poder subir y era ir al lugar de encuentro para recoger los boletos en lugar de enviarlos por correo electrónico, tuve que patalear hasta el lugar de origen cuando se supone que con el QR era el bono y desconocía el lugar del embarcadero o nombre del barco. Esa información se debería dar en el correo y no el guía cuando pasamos a la Torre

The Eiffel Tower visit was fine, but to access the Seine River cruise, I had to figure out how to get the tickets. It turned out I had to go to the meeting point to pick them up instead of having them sent by email. I had to make a huge fuss all the way back to the meeting point, even though the QR code was supposed to be the voucher, and I didn't even know the location of the dock or the name of the boat. That information should be provided in the email, not by the guide when we went to the Tower.

L’arrivo alla Torre Eiffel e’ stato molto confortevole e veloce, la signora Dominique solare e gentile, la guida con gli auricolari mi ha un po’ stressato in quanto secondo me dovrebbe esserci un piccolo cartello o adesivo da segnale cosa ascoltare e quando, bella la gita in barca ma l’audio del conducente era bassissimo e di sopra non si sentiva o solo pochissimo e’ stato un peccato! La Torre Eiffel impresionante, la guía turística no sé ni su nombre, no sabía español 100% (cuando yo solicité la guía en español), después te da un código qr te sube a la segunda planta de la torre y te deja libre ya que te apañes, ni si quiera te dice el audioguía por donde te tienes que colocar para saber que parte de París tienes que mirar. El crucero por el Sena, no hay nadie que te entienda en español para ninguna pregunta que tienes, nadie te explica que tienes que coger el WiFi ni nada,

The Eiffel Tower is impressive, but I don't even know the tour guide's name. She didn't speak Spanish perfectly (even though I requested a guide in Spanish). Afterwards, she gives you a QR code, takes you up to the second floor of the tower, and then leaves you to fend for yourself. The audio guide doesn't even tell you where to stand to see which part of Paris to look at. On the Seine River cruise, there's no one who understands you in Spanish, no one answers any of your questions, and no one explains that you need to use the Wi-Fi or anything.

Nos encantó. El clima no ayudó mucho pero lo disfrutamos. Tuvimos un problema y no llegamos a tiempo al punto de encuentro y no pudimos contactar a nadie para que nos ayudaran. Perdimos la reservación y tuvimos que comprar otros boletos de entrada a la Torre Eiffel. Buscamos a alguien de la empresa ya en el lugar y tampoco tuvimos suerte. Sentimos que debería haber personal de apoyo en el lugar y mejorar la comunicación.

We loved it. The weather wasn't great, but we enjoyed it. We ran into a problem and didn't arrive at the meeting point on time, and we couldn't contact anyone for help. We lost our reservation and had to buy new tickets to the Eiffel Tower. We tried to find someone from the company there, but we had no luck. We feel there should be more support staff on site and better communication.

Aunque es algo cara, no queda otra alternativa si no compras las entradas a tiempo en la web oficial (vuelan!). Los guías puntuales y atentos, había uno para español y otro para inglés. Nos llevaron desde el punto de encuentro hasta la zona de entrada, allí explican algunos detalles de la Torre y enseguida subes por una de las patas en ascensor hasta las 2a planta. Todo fue bien, pero la experiencia se limitó a la compra de la entrada. Llegamos al punto de encuentro y simplemente se nos acompañó a la entrada de la Tour Eiffel, para hacer la subida libremente. Depués se nos entregaron las entradas del barco y se nos idicó que podiamos utilizarlas cuando quisieramos. Quizá es error mio, pero pensaba que la actividad incluia un poco de explicación y guia, no simplemente la compra de las entradas que bien podríamos haberlas comprado directamente.
