A New York helicopter tour is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and one of the most enticing tours in the city. You’ll enjoy unbeatable and unforgettable views over Manhattan and its most iconic landmarks.
During the booking process, you'll be able to select from various options based on your desired flight duration. The helicopters can accommodate 6 or 7 people in addition to the pilot and depart from the heliport located on the East River Piers, right by the Staten Island Ferry terminal.
During this exhilarating journey over the Hudson River, we'll soar over the Statue of Liberty, offering unique views impossible from any other vantage point. Our route includes flying over Ellis Island and a captivating view of the financial district of Manhattan.
Other key highlights of this tour include iconic landmarks such as the renowned Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building or the USS Intrepid. The abundance of sights leaves people wishing the flight could go on forever.
This extended tour takes us further north, passing by Central Park, Columbia University, the Palisades of New Jersey, famous for their cliffs overlooking the Hudson River.
If there's no game going on at the time, we'll also catch a glimpse of the impressive New York Yankee Stadium before concluding the tour.
If you choose this option, you'll pass by emblematic sites such as Coney Island, Brooklyn, New Jersey, and northern Manhattan.
Our route will continue flying over Verrazano Bridge, Central Park, and Columbia University. Afterward, we'll continue flying over other iconic places in New York like the George Washington Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and the One World Trade Center.
Finally, we'll fly over the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building before returning to our starting point.
During the booking process, you'll be asked to choose one of the timeslots we offer. After making your reservation, we'll get in touch with you to confirm the exact start time of the flight within your chosen slot, as it can vary depending on weather conditions and visibility.
You might also consider taking a night helicopter ride over New York for a stunning aerial view of dazzling Manhattan all lit up at night. The routes are similar to the ones described above, but you'll fly at an hour that'll show you why this is the city that never sleeps.
This activity is very popular in the Big Apple, so the number of available slots is very limited. We recommend booking as soon as possible. If spots on either tour are unavailable, you might want to check out the full New York helicopter tour from Westchester. This longer tour also provides the option of hotel pickup in Manhattan for added convenience.
Safety is our top priority and foundation in everything we do. On this helicopter tour, we have maintained a flawless safety record with zero accidents. The pilots consistently exceed industry standards, and each aircraft undergoes rigorous, ongoing maintenance.
