Get ready for a fun and unique experience as we embark on a tour to discover the most popular cocktails of New Orleans. We'll meet at 400 Toulouse Street and begin our journey through the vibrant streets of the French Quarter. Let's dive into the rich cocktail history of this city!
Our first stop will be at the Court of Two Sisters Carriage Bar, a historic establishment with doors that hold tales from the past. Step inside and immerse yourself in the legends that surround this place, while enjoying the charming courtyard. Here, we'll also have the opportunity to taste the Sazerac, the first cocktail in the U.S. and the official drink of New Orleans.
Next, we'll venture to a bar that was once frequented by pirates. Here, we'll introduce you to the "green fairy," a mystical herbal elixir that has inspired the creativity of countless authors, artists, poets, and musicians throughout history.
To conclude our tour, we'll visit Fritzel's, a renowned venue where you can immerse yourself in the soulful sounds of jazz music, a defining feature of New Orleans. We'll raise our glasses and toast to the last cocktail of our journey.
Finally, after 2.5 hours of boozy fun, our tour will come to an end at Fritzel's.
