The Lyon City Card offers free access to the best museums and activities, as well as discounts on tours and shows. The best way to save when discovering Lyon!
The Lyon City Card is a pass that allows you to visit some of the major attractions in Lyon, completely free:
The tickets to these attractions alone far exceed the cost of the card, but there's more: you can enjoy a guided tour of Lyon, a tour of the rooftops of Fourvière, a cruise on the Rhône and Saône rivers, a weaving demonstration... to find all the tours and attractions by downloading the card's app here.
And the card includes discounts on activities and shows in the Lyon Opera and various theatres, bike tours, segway rides and cruises on the Ródano. And the card includes free use of Lyon's public transport! (The Rhônexpress, the transport between the airport and the city, is not included).
As well as free entry, at the majority of the attractions you'll skip the line, allowing you to save the long wait times in high season.
The Lyon City Card is valid from its first use. From this moment onwards, you can use it for the number of days you've selected (1, 2, 3, or 4 consecutive days). We recommend using the card for the first time in the morning to maximize its validity period. The card allows free access to each and every attraction.
To enjoy the benefits of the Lyon City Card, it's necessary to redeem the voucher that we'll send you. The collection points are as follows:
If, in addition to all the benefits of the tourist card, you want to travel between the airport and the city centre, we recommend purchasing the combo that includes the Lyon City Card and the Rhônexpress.
While it doesn't replace the physical card, downloading the Lyon City Card application offers a convenient tourist guide. Once you download the app, you can access information on all Lyon City Card partners without an internet connection.
Activate the geolocation feature to discover nearby activities. If you link the app to your physical card, it'll provide details on available Lyon City Card visits, their validity, remaining time, and more.
It's important to note that the physical card grants access to public transport, while the app focuses on Lyon City Card activities, including museums, attractions, guided tours, cruises, and more.
If you choose this option, you can select 4 attractions from the following list.
You'll also enjoy these other benefits:
You'll also receive discounts on other tickets and activities in Lyon.
Please note that this card is valid for 365 days:
