Canoa Quebrada Beach Day Trip

Canoa Quebrada beach

Canoa Quebrada breathes freedom. It gained fame in the 1960s for its popularity with French filmmakers and in the 1970s it was adopted by hippies. It is not difficult to find descendants of Europeans here in this exuberant natural environment. This paradise trip is essential for any holiday to Brazil.

Day Trip Details

We'll collect you from your hotel in Fortaleza at the scheduled time and then head south to discover one of the most spectacular beaches in the whole of Brazil – Canoa Quebrada. After an interesting coastal journey of around two hours, we arrive at the small fishing village located among spectacular cliffs and exotic beaches

You'll discover firsthand just why this beach is internationally famous. Dunes and cliffs that rise up to 100 feet above sea level form the perfect setting for you to enjoy this fun-filled day.

The local population of just over 4000 is hospitable and welcoming to tourists who come from every corner of the globe to find this place's natural beauty and tranquility.

There are various optional activities that you cannot miss. If you like to feel the adrenaline rush, a buggy ride is a great idea. The level of excitement depends on your choice. A boat ride is also a fantastic option.

To feel more at ease, you can rent a secure locker directly at the support point (Barraca Antonio Coco) to leave your belongings. You may also have lunch at that location if you're feeling hungry.

With a tanned body and with many unforgettable memories to take home, we'll return to Fortaleza 11 hours after departure.

Hotel Pickup

This tour includes pickup from the main hotels in the following tourist areas of Fortaleza: Marina Park, Praia de Iracema, Beira Mar, Meireles, Mucuripe, and Praia do Futuro. If you're staying in another area of Fortaleza, we'll contact you before the tour, to arrange the most convenient meeting point.
