Fueron puntuales. Hubo dos grandes inconvenientes que para una familia de 5 uno de nosotros tuvo que ponerse en otro cajón con mala visibilidad. Hicieron un vídeo 360 y nos pidieron 5 euros por cada miembro de la familia por pasar el vídeo en Air Drop sin ninguna rebaja. Nos pareció un abuso. La próxima vez haremos la reserva de cada miembro por separado pero no me parece. Creo que esta práctica no queda elegante dado que ya se paga bastante por la actividad.

They were punctual. There were two major drawbacks: for a family of five, one of us had to sit in a different box with poor visibility. They made a 360-degree video and charged us €5 per family member to play it on Air Drop without any discount. We felt this was outrageous. Next time, we'll book for each person separately, but I don't think this practice is appropriate, given how much we already pay for the activity.

Siamo stati presi e riportati in albergo, come ad orario concordato il giorno prima dell'attività. Ci è stata offerta la colazione prima e il brindisi finale con il certificato di volo. Il pilota è stato bravissimo, siamo atterrati lievemente direttamente sul carrello che riporta indietro i cesti della mongolfiera. Il servizio è stato splendido e anche la mattinata, non c'era vento, il volo è stato emozionante. Siamo saliti ad 1.5km ed il pilota ci ha fatto sorvolare tutte e 5le valley. Top! We were picked up and taken back to the hotel, as scheduled the day before the activity. We were treated to breakfast beforehand and a final toast with our flight certificate. The pilot was excellent; we landed gently, directly on the cart that carries the balloon baskets back. The service was splendid, and even the morning, with no wind, made the flight thrilling. Los conductores del globo son excelentes Y muy amables Pero si fue un inicio muy deplorable Desde las 3:40 pasaron por nosotros y hasta las 5;15 llegamos a donde apenas estaban inflando el globo Antes de llegar a ese punto El conductor paró en 3 puntos diferentes y se notaba que no tenía ni idea de donde iba a ser el punto de reunión. Mi opinión es, por lo menos una persona que está a cargo del grupo debería hablar el inglés y tener la decencia de explicar que es lo que está pasando.

The balloon drivers are excellent and very friendly, but the start was quite poor. They picked us up at 3:40 and it wasn't until 5:15 that we arrived, where they were just starting to inflate the balloon. Before reaching that point, the driver stopped at three different locations, and it was clear he had no idea where the meeting point was going to be. In my opinion, at least one person in charge of the group should speak English and have the decency to explain what was happening.

Hermosa experiencia, recomiendo reservarse con antelación para encontrar un mejor precio! Recomiendo no perdérselo. Lo malo fue que nos tuvieron parados en un estacionamiento casi una hora, sin llevarnos a la zona de los globos, perdiéndonos así la vista de amanecer.

A wonderful experience! I recommend booking in advance to get a better price! I highly recommend it. The only downside was that we were left standing in a parking lot for almost an hour without being taken to the balloon area, so we missed the sunrise.

It was a great experience, and one you absolutely must have. Luckily, I had the tour operator's name and stayed in touch with them. Since it was a 7-day tour with Civitatis and the hot air balloon ride was booked in advance, you should provide that information to the guide and have them keep an eye on things, just like they do with the other tourists who buy the tour here on the spot. Muy bien, el madrugon vale la pena. Es todo un espectáculo y lo tienen todo muy bien organizado. Se canceló en la fecha prevista pero gracias a q me comentaron otros turistas(no la propia agencia) la posibilidad de hacer la excursión al día sgte, me puse en contacto con la agencia q lo realizaba y finalmte se pudo pasar al día sgte, a pesar d haber unas equivocaciones en cuanto a la hora de recogida que no me cuadraba con la ruta de viaje que tenia q emprender ese día.

Very good, getting up early is worth it. It's quite a spectacle and they have everything very well organized. It was cancelled on the scheduled date, but thanks to other tourists (not the agency itself) who told me about the possibility of doing the excursion the following day, I contacted the agency that ran it and it was finally possible to reschedule it for the next day, despite some mistakes regarding the pick-up time which didn't fit with the travel route I had to take that day.

Quería indicar, que nos sentimos totalmente estafados, pagamos un precio 4 veces mayor de lo que realmente cuesta, si venís a Cappadocia reservar la actividad en el mismo pueblo tiene un costo de 50€ y siempre hay disponibilidad aunque sea temporada alta ,no los casi 200€ que hemos pagado nosotros por comprar en civitatis

I wanted to point out that we feel completely ripped off. We paid four times the actual price. If you come to Cappadocia, booking the activity in the town itself costs €50 and there's always availability, even in high season, unlike the nearly €200 we paid through Civitatis.
